Emerson DB-301, 1940 Tube complement: 12SA7GT mixer/oscillator, 12K7GT IF, 12SQ7GT detector, 50L6GT audio output, 35Z5GT rectifier. Approximately 9-1/4 inches / 253 mm wide. We've almost made it to the official All American Five tube lineup, but for the lone holdout from the preceding "era," the 12K7GT non-single-ended (has grid cap connection on top of glass envelope) pentode. The five-inch-diameter speaker (instead of the normal four-inch) gives better than typical tone for a five-tube cheapie.
